What is WiseTech Global's dividend policy?
Our dividend policy is to target a payout ratio of up to 20% of our net profit after tax.
We expect to declare a dividend twice each year, with payments typically in April and October.
How will your dividend be paid?
If you are a shareholder in Australia or New Zealand, we will pay your dividend by direct deposit into your bank account, as this is faster, safer and more secure. If you are one of the few who have not yet provided your bank account details, please do so before the record date otherwise we will be unable to pay you. You can provide your bank details at
investorcentre.linkmarketservices.com.auOpens in new window
by logging into your shareholding. Until we receive your details, your dividend will be held on your behalf in a non-interest bearing account.
Shareholders outside Australia and New Zealand, will receive their payment by cheque denominated in Australian dollars. (Note: If you are offshore but do have an Australian or New Zealand bank account, let us know and we can pay direct to that account).
We encourage you to keep your payment details up to date. Changes to your dividend payment instructions can be made quickly and simply online at

Can I reinvest my dividend?
The Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP) is a convenient way for eligible shareholders to increase their shareholding, without paying brokerage or other transaction costs. Instead of receiving each dividend in cash, your dividend is reinvested to buy additional WiseTech Global shares.
Who can join the DRP?
All Australian and New Zealand resident WiseTech Global shareholders may join. To qualify as a resident shareholder you must have a registered address in, and be a resident of, Australia or New Zealand at the relevant record date.
Is participation optional?
